Recorded in September 2018 at Scholes Studio in Brooklyn, this quartet recording features pianist Eric Plaks in a highly collaborative group put together by guitarist Aron Namenwirth, along with NYC bass giant Sean Conly and Jon Panikkar on drums. Centering around sonic examinations of various phases of the natural and human processes of a hurricane, the resulting music is dark, expressive, and fascinating. Highly recommended!
